I think we've created something really special, a thing of beauty that also works, and I feel I've learnt loads too along the way ... laughs and tears... blood sweat etc.... and it has always been a great pleasure working with you. It is also good to know that you're there and even when v. busy you've always responded when it came to a crunch moment. So, THANK YOU.
